Broccoli Sprout Smoothie

Kick-start your day with a green smoothie or enjoy it as a snack to keep you feeling refueled and to help you detoxify your liver.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup broccoli sprouts
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup kale
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • 1 cup coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and process to get a smooth, creamy liquid. Drink straight away.

Instead of the spirulina you could use NuZest or Lifestream greens.
