Payments
Payment is either made at time of consultation (Eftpos is available) or you can make direct bank payments for online consultations. I will send you the banking details you require once your appointment has been confirmed.
Reminders
A reminder email will be sent to you two days before your consultation. It will be much appreciated if you reply to this email confirming your appointment.
Cancellations
Please make cancellations a minimum of 24h before your consultation is due. I will get in touch with you to arrange an alternative day and time. This enables me to book someone else in your place.
