Ingredients
- ½ cup broccoli sprouts
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup kale
- Juice from half a lemon
- ½ an avocado
- 1 green apple chopped
- 2 tsp spirulina
- 1 cup coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and process to get a smooth, creamy liquid. Drink straight away.
Instead of the spirulina you could use NuZest or Lifestream greens.
